so so so so much. there's no better feeling in the world than being so clean and fresh. and I always feel the most beautiful right out of the shower. hair flowing, a slight flush in my cheeks, skin shining. it's taken me years to start loving my body. I finally like what I look like naked. which is a lot more than most people can say. that is all.

I love and hate technology specifically, digital cameras I mean they're really convenient, easy to use, accessible, etc sometimes you get really awesome spontaneous shots but they kind of cheapen photography I mean I never really appreciate photos the way I did when I'd look through albums of processed photos as a kid, knowing each step of the process was precious each shot had to count, because it ate up some of your film another thing I don't like is I always end up taking way too many photos of everything and not really look at any of them it's almost four in the morning, and I've been up, looking through all of my digital photos

walking home from the gym last night, I picked up the most perfect leaf. it was quite large, perhaps 30% larger than my hand (and I have large hands) it was on the floor, which implied that it had fallen off of the tree on its own. but it wasn't dry or anything. it was just perfect in and of itself. it served its leafy purpose, and, furthermore, it kept me entertained on the walk home. now it's on my desk and it inspires me for some reason. I love this leaf.
